SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends or holidays). Upon placing your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. Packages will be shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location within the United States. For questions regarding orders, email ashley@scentsorycollection.com with your name and order number, and you will receive a response within 48 hours.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to SCENTSORY COLLECTION due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, including the redelivery cost.

 

SCENTSORY COLLECTION is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

 

Lost or stolen packages:
SCENTSORY COLLECTION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, SCENTSORY COLLECTION will confirm delivery to the provided address, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for your purchase with us at scentsorycollection.com. Due to the hygienic aspect of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We value you as a customer and are more than happy to help find a feasible solution if you have any issues with your order. 

 

Cancellations or changes to your order cannot be made after the order has been processed and/or shipped. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we can adjust the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We do not offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.

 

Damaged, Defective or Missing Products
If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing, email us at ashley@scentsorycollection.com. Please submit a clear/legible photo of your package and its contents to showcase damaged/defective goods. If you are missing a product, submit a photo of the items you received. A member of our service team will contact you via email or phone within 48 hours.
